Returns

At Furninest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email us at furninestnl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • Email us at furninestnl@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
  • Upon verification, we will either refund your payment or send a replacement at no extra cost.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
